Return Policy

We want you to be confident when ordering from Vantaform. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or installation
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, installed, scratched, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final-sale items (where stated)

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (required for damaged or incorrect items)

Please do not send items back without authorization.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • Vantaform is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

For international returns:

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return transit times may vary depending on location

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or show signs of misuse or abuse.
